Who we are
This website is run by Rhea Prestige, Lda. (Portugal), the company behind RHEA. It is responsible for the details collected on this website.
What we collect
When you request a booking we collect your name, mobile number, area, the type of place (home, hotel, holiday home or office), the massage, length, date and time you choose, whether the session is for a woman, a man or a couple (so we can send a same-gender therapist), and, if you give them, your email address and notes. We also record the page you booked from, campaign tags in the link you followed (such as utm_source), the referring website and your browser type.
Why we use it
- To confirm, arrange and carry out the session you asked for, including sending your therapist the address details and notes they need.
- To send you a payment link and a receipt.
- If you ticked the box, to send you occasional news and offers from RHEA Dubai.
We do not sell your details. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Where it is stored
Your details are stored with our database provider, Supabase, and the website is hosted by Vercel. Both may process data outside the UAE under contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
Booking details are kept for as long as the law requires for our records. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or stop all messages, at any time. Email privacy@rhea.ae and we will reply within 30 days.
